Please refer to the marketplace tab in order to commission me for works.

Commissions will be done based on the information client provides the artist with. Please be specific with any references and poses. The more information that is provided, the more accurate the commission will be to the client's vision.

My art style consists of pale color palettes, please keep this in mind when commissioning me.

All prices are in USD.

Payment for general commissions shall be made via Ko-Fi (check marketplace tab for available commissions).

Full payment must be received before the artist starts on the commission work.

Payment plans must be requested by the client and negotiated.

Usage rights are not fully purchased until the final price has been completely paid.

The client will receive the sketch draft once it is complete. At this time, please check over to see if any details are missing or to revise any minor changes, such as color. Any major additions or revisions will cost extra.

The artist will not be making any revisions or updates that go beyond the scope of the initial commission inquiry.

The next update will be the final version. At this time, please check over to see if there are any minor revisions necessary, such as color. Again, any major additions or revisions will cost extra.

Commission are generally completed within a time frame of 2 months. However, this time frame may update due to unforeseen circumstances. The workload of the commission will also affect the amount of time required for me to complete the commission. The artist will ensure that all commissions will be completed within a timely manner.

The finished commission will be delivered via Google Drive. I will send you a link through your preferred communication method to access the files.

Artist can post WIP of your commission onto social media, unless a NDA has been established.

Use your commission as a sample on my website or to advertise.

Artist retains all coyprights over the commissioned piece.

Client can use commission to promote brand.

Client can repost and share onto your social medias and other sites - with proper credit linking directly to my Twitter.

Client is prohibited to use a commission work commercially unless commercial rights have been purchased.

Client may not remove watermarks or signatures off of any of my works (this includes cropping, editing over, AI alterations, etc).

Client may not alter the work without my expressed consent (no AI alterations, no NFT, etc.).

If a client uses the artist's work inappropriately or in a way that is deemed harmful to the artist, the clients rights to the commission may be retracted (trying to sell rights to the work, monetizing and infringing on the artist's intellectual property, using the work in a hateful way, etc.).

Breaking TOS may also lead to the retraction of client's rights.

No refunds once work has started.

Orders can be cancelled before work starts.

Artist reserves the right to cancel (communication or uncomfortable requests).
